InfoAmplified LLC — Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026

InfoAmplified LLC ("InfoAmplified," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information — both from visitors to this website and from individuals whose information is submitted through the lead generation campaigns we run on behalf of our business clients ("Clients").

1. Information We Collect
We collect information in two contexts:

Website visitors. If you contact us through this site (for example, by emailing us), we receive whatever information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, and message.

Prospective customers of our Clients ("Leads"). Through advertising and marketing campaigns run on behalf of our Clients, we collect information that individuals voluntarily submit expressing interest in a Client's products or services — typically name, phone number, email address, and details about the service requested.

2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:

Deliver qualified leads to the Client whose campaign generated them;

Verify that a Lead meets the criteria agreed with that Client;

Respond to inquiries submitted directly to InfoAmplified;

Communicate with Leads and website visitors by phone, email, or SMS regarding the services they expressed interest in;

Operate, maintain, and improve our campaigns and this website.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Consent
If you provide a phone number to InfoAmplified or to one of our Clients through a campaign we operate, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying CANCEL. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This website and our advertising campaigns may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including those provided by Google and Meta) to measure ad performance and campaign effectiveness. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties. We share information only:

With the specific Client a Lead was generated for, so that Client can follow up on the inquiry;

With service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting, email, SMS, and CRM providers), under obligations to keep that information confidential and use it only to perform services for us;

Where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); we will honor verifiable requests consistent with applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
